Job Description

IQVIA is seeking a Senior Medical Writer to join our team and help us create content that accurately reflects the science behind our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical writing, excellent organizational and communication skills, and an eye for detail. They must also have the ability to work independently and collaboratively, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The Senior Medical Writer will be responsible for creating a variety of documents, including clinical study reports, regulatory documents, and summaries of safety and efficacy data. They will also be responsible for ensuring accuracy, clarity, and completeness of documents, and for meeting project timelines.To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of five years of experience in medical writing, a bachelor's degree in a scientific or medical field, and a good understanding of drug development processes, clinical trial designs, and regulatory requirements. You must be a self-starter and have the ability to analyze complex information and present it in a clear and concise way. In addition, you must be comfortable working independently and collaboratively. Responsibilities:

  1. Create clinical study reports, regulatory documents, and summaries of safety and efficacy data.
  2. Ensure accuracy, clarity, and completeness of documents.
  3. Meet project timelines.
  4. Analyze complex information and present it in a clear and concise way.
  5. Work independently and collaboratively.
  6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of drug development processes, clinical trial designs, and regulatory requirements.
  7. Review documents for accuracy and completeness.
  8. Ensure consistency of style and tone across all documents.
  9. Provide feedback and editorial suggestions on documents.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
