Senior Human Resources Business Partner

The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator and be able to navigate complex situations with ease. They will have a deep understanding of the Human Resources function and be able to provide strategic advice and support to our executive team. To be successful in this role, the Senior Human Resources Business Partner must have a minimum of 7 years of progressive Human Resources experience, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. They must be passionate about people and have a demonstrated ability to lead people and teams. They must also possess strong interpersonal and management skills, as well as a thorough knowledge of Human Resources laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a natural ability to build strong relationships with all levels of the organization and be a hands-on leader who can drive results. They will possess strong problem-solving skills and be able to think strategically and proactively.

9. Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on Human Resources matters.
