
Senior Human Resources Business Partner
At IQVIA, we are looking for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our team and help us continue to achieve our mission of transforming healthcare. We want an experienced professional who can bring their expertise in all areas of Human Resources to the table and drive our business forward. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator and be able to navigate complex situations with ease. They will have a deep understanding of the Human Resources function and be able to provide strategic advice and support to our executive team. To be successful in this role, the Senior Human Resources Business Partner must have a minimum of 7 years of progressive Human Resources experience, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. They must be passionate about people and have a demonstrated ability to lead people and teams. They must also possess strong interpersonal and management skills, as well as a thorough knowledge of Human Resources laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a natural ability to build strong relationships with all levels of the organization and be a hands-on leader who can drive results. They will possess strong problem-solving skills and be able to think strategically and proactively.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic advice and support to the executive team on all areas of Human Resources.
- Develop and implement Human Resources policies and programs.
- Manage complex situations with ease and navigate the Human Resources function.
- Build strong relationships with all levels of the organization.
- Develop and lead people and teams.
- Ensure compliance with Human Resources laws and regulations.
- Proactively identify and solve problems.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall Human Resources function.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on Human Resources matters.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Human Resources trends and best practices.
