Extensive Experience In Data Management: A Senior Data Team Lead At Iqvia Should Have A Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Data Management, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry. They Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Data Standards, Data Governance, And Data Quality Processes.
Leadership Skills: As A Senior Data Team Lead, The Individual Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team Of Data Professionals. They Should Possess Excellent Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Guide Team Members, Delegate Tasks Effectively, And Foster A Collaborative Team Environment.
Technical Expertise: A Senior Data Team Lead Should Have A Strong Technical Background And Be Proficient In Various Data Management Tools And Technologies. They Should Also Possess A Good Understanding Of Data Analytics And Reporting Tools To Effectively Analyze And Present Data To Stakeholders.
