  1. Lead and manage clinical trials for pharmaceutical and biotech companies.
  2. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  3. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, guidelines, and protocols.
  4. Oversee the selection and management of study sites and vendors.
  5. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  6. Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful trial execution.
  7. Monitor and track trial progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  8. Mentor and train junior clinical trial managers and team members.
  9. Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop and implement study protocols.
  10. Ensure the collection, analysis, and reporting of accurate and timely data.
  11. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and drive process efficiencies.
  12. Manage resources and expenses to meet project goals and objectives.
  13. Communicate and negotiate with clients to ensure satisfaction and project success.
  14. Stay current with industry trends and developments and apply best practices in trial management.
  15. Contribute to the development and implementation of SOPs and other quality processes.
  16. Represent the company at conferences, meetings, and other events.
  17. Uphold ethical standards and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  18. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
  19. Participate in the recruitment and hiring of new team members.
  20. Demonstrate a commitment to the company's mission and values.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Or Nursing.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Clinical Trial Management, With At Least 2 Years In A Senior Or Leadership Role.

  • Expertise In Project Management, Including Budgeting, Resource Allocation, And Timeline Management.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Clinical Trial Regulations And Guidelines, Such As Ich-Gcp And Fda Requirements.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.
