- Oversee the successful execution of clinical trials, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.

- Act as the primary point of contact for trial-related communications and escalations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new processes and tools to enhance trial efficiency and quality.
- Stay informed of industry trends and developments, and incorporate innovative approaches into trial design and execution.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence within the clinical trial team.
Extensive Experience In Clinical Trial Management: A Senior Clinical Trial Manager At Iqvia Should Have A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Managing Clinical Trials, Preferably In A Cro Or Pharmaceutical Company Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Ich-Gcp Guidelines: The Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of International Guidelines For Clinical Trials, Including Ich-Gcp, And Be Able To Apply Them To Ensure Compliance And High-Quality Data.
Proven Leadership Skills: As A Senior Clinical Trial Manager, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team Of Clinical Trial Managers And Coordinators. They Should Have A Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Mentoring Teams To Achieve Project Goals.
