- Provide administrative and operational support for the execution of clinical trials.
- Maintain accurate and organized trial documentation, including study files and regulatory documents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient trial execution.
- Assist in the development and implementation of study protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Prepare and distribute study materials and supplies to clinical trial sites.
- Track and manage study timelines and milestones.
- Coordinate and manage study meetings, including scheduling, agendas, and minutes.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including study sites, vendors, and team members.
- Act as a point of contact for study-related inquiries and issues.
- Participate in monitoring visits and assist with site training and support.
- Contribute to quality control activities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Identify and escalate potential study risks and issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Mentor and train junior clinical trial assistants.
- Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to clinical research.
- Promote a positive and collaborative work environment within the team.
Strong Knowledge Of Good Clinical Practice (Gcp) Guidelines And Regulatory Requirements.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Life Sciences Or Healthcare Administration.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience Working As A Clinical Trial Assistant In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Company.
Proficiency In Clinical Trial Management Systems (Ctms) And Electronic Data Capture (Edc) Systems.
Excellent Communication, Organization, And Time Management Skills, With The Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
