If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! IQVIA is seeking a Senior Clinical Trial Assistant to join our dedicated team of professionals in helping to bring life-changing therapies to patients. As a Senior Clinical Trial Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the execution of clinical trials by providing administrative and operational support.   1. Provide administrative and operational support for the execution of clinical trials.
  2. Maintain accurate and organized trial documentation, including study files and regulatory documents.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient trial execution.
  4. Assist in the development and implementation of study protocols and standard operating procedures.
  5. Prepare and distribute study materials and supplies to clinical trial sites.
  6. Track and manage study timelines and milestones.
  7. Coordinate and manage study meetings, including scheduling, agendas, and minutes.
  8. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including study sites, vendors, and team members.
  9. Act as a point of contact for study-related inquiries and issues.
  10. Participate in monitoring visits and assist with site training and support.
  11. Contribute to quality control activities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  12. Identify and escalate potential study risks and issues to the appropriate personnel.
  13. Mentor and train junior clinical trial assistants.
  14. Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to clinical research.
  15. Promote a positive and collaborative work environment within the team.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Knowledge Of Good Clinical Practice (Gcp) Guidelines And Regulatory Requirements.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Life Sciences Or Healthcare Administration.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience Working As A Clinical Trial Assistant In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Company.

  • Proficiency In Clinical Trial Management Systems (Ctms) And Electronic Data Capture (Edc) Systems.

  • Excellent Communication, Organization, And Time Management Skills, With The Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
