  1. Conduct and oversee clinical trials in accordance with protocol and regulatory requirements.
  2. Ensure study sites are initiated, monitored, and closed in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement study plans and timelines.
  4. Review and analyze study data to identify trends and potential issues.
  5. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior level clinical research staff.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including study sites and investigators.
  7. Communicate study progress and any issues to project team and management.
  8. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  9. Participate in study start-up activities, including site qualification and initiation visits.
  10. Handle any study-related inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  11. Assist with site training and support for study procedures.
  12. Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures and process improvements.
  13. Maintain accurate and complete study documentation.
  14. Contribute to study budget and contract negotiations.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert for clinical research processes and regulations.
  16. Stay current on industry developments and best practices.
  17. Participate in internal and external audits and inspections.
  18. Support business development efforts through proposal development and client presentations.
  19. Uphold company values and standards of conduct.
  20. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment within the team.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience As A Clinical Research Associate, Preferably In A Senior Or Lead Role.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Related Field Such As Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Or Nursing.

  • Comprehensive Knowledge Of Good Clinical Practice (Gcp) Guidelines, Fda Regulations, And Other Relevant Industry Standards.

  • Strong Understanding Of Clinical Trial Processes And Ability To Manage Multiple Studies Simultaneously.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Build Relationships With Key Stakeholders.
