  1. Oversee and manage all aspects of clinical trials for internal medicine products, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  2. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful completion of clinical trials within budget and in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  3. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, and regularly report progress and any potential risks or issues to senior management.
  4. Identify, select, and manage vendors and external partners to support clinical trial activities.
  5. Train and mentor junior project managers and other team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, guidelines, and SOPs.
  7. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to develop and implement study protocols and other study-related documents.
  8. Manage study budgets and track expenses, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, investigators, and other stakeholders within the internal medicine field.
  10. Proactively identify and address any potential challenges or issues that may affect the successful completion of clinical trials.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and advancements in internal medicine to continually improve and optimize clinical trial processes.
  12. Represent the company at conferences, meetings, and other events related to internal medicine clinical trials.
  13. Maintain high-quality standards for all study-related documentation and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
  14. Act as a key point of contact for study sponsors and other stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or issues.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve internal processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness in managing clinical trials for internal medicine products.
  16. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for product development and commercialization.
  17. Other duties as assigned by senior management.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field: A Senior Clinical Project Manager Should Have A Minimum Of A Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Medicine, Pharmacy, Or Life Sciences. This Advanced Degree Demonstrates A Strong Understanding Of Medical And Scientific Principles Necessary For Managing Complex Clinical Projects.

  • Extensive Clinical Trial Experience: A Successful Senior Clinical Project Manager At Iqvia Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience Managing Clinical Trials. This Experience Should Include A Variety Of Therapeutic Areas, With A Focus On Internal Medicine.

  • Project Management Expertise: Strong Project Management Skills Are Essential For A Senior Clinical Project Manager. This Includes Experience In Developing Project Timelines, Managing Project Budgets, And Effectively Communicating With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Leadership And Team Management Skills: As A Senior Clinical Project Manager, The Ability To Lead And Manage A Team Is Crucial. This Includes The Ability To Motivate Team Members, Delegate Tasks, And Resolve Conflicts In A Timely And Effective Manner.
