At IQVIA, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Clinical Project Manager to join our growing team. The Senior Clinical Project Manager will be responsible for the successful oversight and execution of clinical projects and their associated timelines, budgets and operational plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical project management and possess excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.The Senior Clinical Project Manager will lead and manage clinical projects from study initiation through close-out, ensuring all timelines, budgets and objectives are met. This position requires an individual with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills who is able to quickly assess complex situations and take appropriate action to ensure successful project outcomes.The ideal candidate for this position will possess a Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field as well as a minimum of five years of experience in clinical project management. In addition to these qualifications, the successful candidate must demonstrate an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology or healthcare industry is highly preferred.We are seeking a motivated self-starter who is able to effectively lead teams and manage projects while maintaining excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage clinical projects from study initiation through close-out, ensuring all timelines, budgets and objectives are met.
  2. Monitor and maintain project documentation and ensure accuracy and attention to detail.
  3. Develop and implement operational plans for clinical projects.
  4. Identify and assess risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  5. Manage multiple projects at once, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  6. Communicate effectively with team members, partners and stakeholders.
  7. Lead and motivate teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  8. Provide customer service to stakeholders and partners.
  9. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed.
  10. Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and guidelines.
