Senior Clinical Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior Clinical Project Manager to join our team at IQVIA. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of clinical studies while driving the successful delivery of our client’s objectives. Our ideal candidate is an organized, detail-oriented professional with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 8 years of related experience in the life sciences industry with at least 5 years of project management experience in the area of clinical research. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience is also required. Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the planning and execution of clinical studies, ensuring successful delivery of client objectives.
2. Lead cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence and successful completion of studies.
3. Provide guidance, motivation and performance management to project staff.
4. Develop and maintain operational project plans, budgets and timelines.
5. Monitor project performance metrics and budgets.
6. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
7. Identify and resolve issues with stakeholders.
8. Ensure compliance with applicable protocols, regulations, and guidelines.
9. Liaise with external vendors and third-party providers.
10. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
