  15. Contribute to the development and implementation of company-wide strategies and initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Degree In Computer Science Or Related Field: A Senior Clinical Programmer At Iqvia Should Have A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science Or A Related Field. This Ensures That The Candidate Has A Strong Foundation In Programming Principles And Is Able To Adapt To New Programming Languages And Technologies.

  • Experience In Clinical Programming: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Clinical Programming, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Cro Setting. This Would Include Experience With Clinical Data Management Systems, Data Standards, And Regulatory Requirements.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Programming Languages: A Senior Clinical Programmer Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Programming Languages Such As Sas, Sql, R, And Python. They Should Also Be Familiar With Clinical Data Standards Like Cdisc And Sdtm.

  • Project Management Skills: Along With Technical Skills, A Senior Clinical Programmer Should Also Possess Project Management Skills. This Includes The Ability To Manage Timelines, Prioritize Tasks, And Communicate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Attention To Detail: As A Senior Clinical Programmer, Attention To Detail Is Crucial. They Should Be Able To Identify And Resolve Data Discrepancies, Ensure Data Quality And Accuracy, And Perform Validation And Quality Control Checks On Programming Outputs. This Requires A High Level Of Attention To Detail And Accuracy.
