Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain clinical programming strategies that meet regulatory standards and project requirements.
- Create and validate clinical programming documents and protocols, such as CRFs, data models, and data transfer agreements.
- Establish and maintain quality control processes and procedures to ensure the accuracy and completeness of clinical programming deliverables.
- Develop and maintain clinical programming standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that clinical programming deliverables are on-time and of the highest quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to clinical programming.
- Monitor and evaluate clinical programming trends and technologies to ensure best practices are being followed.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Provide training and guidance to junior clinical programmers.
- Assist in the development of study timelines and budgets.
