Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales compensation plans.
- Provide analysis, guidance, and support to sales teams and leaders.
- Analyze data to assess performance and make recommendations for improvement.
- Work with stakeholders to ensure sales compensation plans are in line with business objectives.
- Maintain and administer sales compensation systems and processes.
- Develop and implement processes to measure and track sales performance.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance trends to identify areas of improvement.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- Provide training and support to sales staff on sales compensation plans.
- Create reports and presentations on sales performance and compensation plans.
