The successful candidate will be an expert in sales compensation and provide analysis, guidance, and support to our sales teams and leaders.This is a great opportunity for a highly motivated professional with a passion for sales compensation and a dedication to delivering results. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a working knowledge of sales compensation systems and processes. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales compensation plans.
  2. Provide analysis, guidance, and support to sales teams and leaders.
  3. Analyze data to assess performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  4. Work with stakeholders to ensure sales compensation plans are in line with business objectives.
  5. Maintain and administer sales compensation systems and processes.
  6. Develop and implement processes to measure and track sales performance.
  7. Monitor and analyze sales performance trends to identify areas of improvement.
  8. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
  9. Provide training and support to sales staff on sales compensation plans.
  10. Create reports and presentations on sales performance and compensation plans.
