
Sales Compensation Analyst
IQVIA is searching for an experienced and motivated Sales Compensation Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and administering the sales compensation programs for our global sales team. You must have a strong background in sales compensation, a customer-focused attitude, and experience with analytics to excel in this position. You will be a key member of the Sales Compensation team, with the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership to ensure we are providing the best sales compensation programs to our team. With your expertise and enthusiasm, you can help us to optimize our sales compensation plans and ensure our sales team is adequately rewarded for their efforts. The ideal candidate for this position will have at least three years of experience in sales compensation and/or sales operations. A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required. Advanced knowledge of Excel and Salesforce is also required. We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. You must also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer sales compensation programs for a global sales team.
- Work closely with senior leadership to ensure sales compensation plans are optimal.
- Analyze data, develop reports, and identify areas of improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies for sales compensation plans.
- Monitor sales performance and provide feedback to senior leadership.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on sales compensation policies and processes.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting for sales compensation programs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to sales compensation.
