IQVIA is looking for a Recall Support Specialist to join our team and provide outstanding support for our recall customers. As a Recall Support Specialist, you will be the primary contact for customers with recall or compliance related inquiries. You will be responsible for ensuring customers receive the highest level of support and service.The ideal candidate for this position is a customer-oriented professional with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You must possess the ability to quickly identify and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities of the Recall Support Specialist:

  1. Serve as the primary contact for customers with recall or compliance related inquiries.
  2. Provide outstanding support and service to customers.
  3. Quickly identify customer inquiries and respond in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Maintain a customer-oriented attitude with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  6. Proactively monitor customer accounts and provide support when needed.
  7. Track and document customer inquiries to ensure timely follow-up.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
