  1. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive business growth in the rare disease market within the designated region.
  2. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, payers, and patient advocacy groups.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the rare disease market.
  4. Monitor market trends and competitor activity in order to identify potential opportunities and threats.
  5. Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance and market insights to senior management.
  6. Develop and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  7. Conduct regular training and coaching sessions to ensure sales team is equipped with necessary knowledge and skills.
  8. Represent the company at industry conferences, events, and meetings to build brand awareness and promote our rare disease solutions.
  9. Work closely with marketing and product teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and compliance guidelines related to rare diseases.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Pharmaceutical Sales Experience, With At Least 3 Years In Rare Disease Or Orphan Drug Sales.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing A Sales Team, With A Strong Understanding Of The Rare Disease Market And Its Unique Challenges.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field. Advanced Degree In Life Sciences Or Mba Preferred.

  • Demonstrated Ability To Develop And Execute Strategic Sales Plans, Including Budget Management And Forecasting.

  • Exceptional Communication And Relationship-Building Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Key Stakeholders.
