- Develop and implement quality control procedures and processes to ensure compliance with cFSP regulations.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing quality systems and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess compliance and identify any potential risks or issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that quality standards are met in all areas of the organization.
- Train and educate employees on cFSP regulations and quality standards to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Investigate and resolve quality-related issues and develop corrective and preventive actions to prevent future occurrences.
- Monitor and analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and proactively address potential areas of concern.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on cFSP regulations and provide guidance and support to teams across the organization.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments in quality management to ensure best practices are implemented.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to promote a strong quality culture within the organization.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Quality Management Role Within The Pharmaceutical Or Life Sciences Industry
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Engineering
Certified In Food Safety Professional (Cfsp) Designation
Proven Track Record Of Implementing And Maintaining Quality Systems, Such As Iso Standards Or Cgmp Regulations
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Communicate And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
