- Manage projects for clients in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically focusing on Interactive Response Technology (IRT) solutions.
- Ensure the successful execution and delivery of projects within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets that meet clients' needs and expectations.
- Monitor project progress and identify and address any potential issues or roadblocks that may arise.
- Proactively communicate project updates and status reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, and status reports.
- Conduct regular project meetings with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and address any concerns or feedback.
- Utilize project management tools and processes to ensure efficient and effective project management.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with company and industry regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in order to provide innovative solutions and services to clients.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members to develop their project management and client service skills.
- Participate in business development activities, including proposal development and client presentations, to support the growth of the company.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business, Project Management, Or Healthcare.
2-3 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In A Client Services Role.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Clients And Team Members.
Knowledge Of Clinical Trial Processes And Regulations, As Well As Experience With Irt Systems.
Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously, Prioritize Tasks, And Meet Deadlines In A Fast-Paced Environment.
