- Conduct financial data analysis: Perform in-depth analysis of financial data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform decision making for the Project Finance team.
- Support financial forecasting and budgeting: Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial forecasts and budgets to ensure accurate and timely reporting to senior management.
- Maintain financial records: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions, including project expenses, revenue, and profit margins.
- Collaborate with Project Finance team: Work closely with the Project Finance team to provide support and insights for financial decision making.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities: Continuously monitor project expenses and identify opportunities for cost-saving measures to improve profitability.
- Develop financial models: Utilize financial modeling techniques to analyze and forecast project financial performance.
- Prepare financial reports: Create and present financial reports and presentations to senior management and other stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance: Ensure all financial data and processes comply with company policies, regulations, and accounting standards.
- Conduct market research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform financial decision making.
- Communicate effectively: Clearly and concisely communicate financial data and insights to non-financial stakeholders, both verbally and in written form.
- Problem-solving: Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and troubleshoot financial issues and propose solutions.
- Maintain confidentiality: Handle sensitive financial information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Project Finance, Investment Banking, Or Financial Analysis.
Strong Financial Modeling Skills And Proficiency In Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge Of Project Finance Structures, Including Debt And Equity Financing.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Financial Data And Make Strategic Recommendations.
