
Program Manager – Call Center Patient Support Services

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Program Management Within A Call Center Or Patient Support Services Environment
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large-Scale Projects And Teams
Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Industry And Regulations, Particularly In Regards To Patient Support Services
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
