  1. Develop and implement patient support programs to improve the overall healthcare experience for patients.
  2. Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the call center, ensuring top-quality service and support for patients.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement strategies for improving patient support programs.
  4. Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders to ensure effective program delivery.
  5. Monitor and analyze program performance metrics, making adjustments as needed to improve service delivery.
  6. Train and supervise call center staff to ensure they are equipped to provide compassionate and effective support to patients.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices in patient support.
  8. Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to achieve program goals.
  9. Conduct regular program evaluations and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  10. Serve as the main point of contact for any patient concerns or escalations, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  11. Lead and motivate a team of program coordinators and support staff to achieve program objectives.
  12. Act as a liaison between the call center and other departments within the organization to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  13. Foster a positive and supportive work environment that values diversity and encourages teamwork.
  14. Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to all privacy and security regulations.
  15. Represent the organization at conferences or events related to patient support and healthcare.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Program Management Within A Call Center Or Patient Support Services Environment

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large-Scale Projects And Teams

  • Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Industry And Regulations, Particularly In Regards To Patient Support Services

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
