  1. Develop and lead the overall strategy for the Value & Access practice at IQVIA.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare industry.
  3. Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance to clients on value and access challenges and opportunities.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver innovative solutions to clients.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to value and access in healthcare.
  6. Mentor and coach junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and key opinion leaders.
  8. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for client engagements.
  9. Analyze data and conduct market research to support decision-making and recommendations.
  10. Present findings and recommendations to clients in a clear and compelling manner.
  11. Ensure high-quality deliverables are produced on time and within budget.
  12. Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve processes and deliverables.
  13. Represent IQVIA and the Value & Access practice at industry conferences and events.
  14. Adhere to ethical and compliance standards in all aspects of the job.
  15. Drive results and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Business Or Healthcare-Related Field, Such As An Mba Or Mph.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Consulting, With A Focus On Value And Access Strategy Within The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Implementing Value And Access Strategies For Pharmaceutical Products, Including Pricing, Reimbursement, And Market Access.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Global Healthcare Systems And Payer Landscapes, Including Understanding Of Regulations And Policies.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage And Mentor A Team, As Well As Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Clients.
