- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and design statistical programming strategies that meet project objectives.
- Oversee and perform statistical programming activities, including data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and regulatory guidelines throughout the statistical programming process.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of statistical outputs.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members, including reviewing their work and providing feedback.
- Stay current on industry trends and advancements in statistical programming, and proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and methodologies.
- Communicate effectively with project teams and clients to provide updates on project progress, address any issues, and present results.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of standard templates, tools, and processes to streamline statistical programming activities.
- Mentor and train new team members on statistical programming techniques and best practices.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Statistical Programming Within The Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry.
Bachelor's Degree In Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Sas Programming, Including Base And Stat Procedures.
Strong Understanding Of Clinical Trial Data And Cdisc Standards.
Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills To Effectively Lead A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Stakeholders.
