  1. Develop and implement statistical programming strategies to support the success of clinical trials.
  2. Lead and manage statistical programming activities, ensuring high-quality and timely deliverables.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement programming solutions that meet project objectives.
  4. Utilize advanced statistical programming techniques to analyze and interpret clinical trial data.
  5. Review and provide input on study protocols, statistical analysis plans, and other relevant documents.
  6. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  7. Mentor and train junior programmers to enhance their technical skills and contribute to their professional development.
  8. Evaluate and implement new statistical programming methodologies and tools to improve efficiency and quality.
  9. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any issues or concerns.
  10. Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness within the statistical programming team.
  11. Keep abreast of industry advancements and best practices in statistical programming and apply them in day-to-day work.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support on statistical programming-related issues.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Statistical Programming Within The Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry.

  • Proficiency In Sas Programming And In-Depth Knowledge Of Cdisc Standards.

  • Experience With Clinical Trial Data, Including Database Design, Data Management, And Statistical Analysis.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience In Managing A Team Of Statistical Programmers.
