Job Description

IQVIA is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Principal Statistical Programmer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for programming activities related to the analysis of clinical trial data and will work closely with statisticians, clinical data managers, and other professionals. To succeed in this role, you should have at least 8 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry and advanced knowledge of SAS programming.The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a passion for data analysis and an ability to think strategically. You should be comfortable working independently and have a proven track record of meeting deadlines. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement programming solutions for the analysis of clinical trial data.
  2. Work closely with statisticians, clinical data managers, and other professionals to ensure accurate and timely data analysis.
  3. Monitor programming activities and ensure compliance with regulations.
  4. Review and validate SAS programming code for accuracy and reliability.
  5. Troubleshoot programming issues and recommend solutions.
  6. Provide technical support and advice on the use of SAS programming language.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
  8. Analyze data and present findings in a clear, concise manner.
  9. Implement best practices and standards for the development and implementation of SAS programming solutions.
  10. Keep up to date with industry trends and changes in technology.
