  1. Provide exceptional customer service to pharmacies by addressing technical issues and inquiries related to our software products.
  2. Utilize knowledge of pharmacy operations to effectively troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
  3. Respond to customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  4. Serve as a subject matter expert on our software products, staying up-to-date on new features and updates.
  5. Document and escalate customer issues to the appropriate team for resolution.

  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.

Job Qualifications
  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Is Typically Required For A Pharmacy Tech Support Call Center Representative Position At Iqvia. Some Positions May Also Require A College Degree In A Related Field.

  • Pharmacy Technician Certification: Candidates Should Have Current And Valid Certification As A Pharmacy Technician From A Nationally Recognized Program, Such As The Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (Ptcb) Or The National Healthcareer Association (Nha).

  • Knowledge Of Pharmacy Operations: A Strong Understanding Of Pharmacy Operations, Including Prescription Processing, Insurance Billing, And Medication Dispensing, Is Essential For This Role. Candidates Should Also Be Familiar With Common Pharmacy Software Systems And Have Experience With Troubleshooting Technical Issues.

  • Customer Service Experience: Excellent Customer Service Skills Are A Must For A Pharmacy Tech Support Call Center Representative. Candidates Should Have Previous Experience In A Customer Service Or Call Center Role, With The Ability To Handle High Call Volumes And Resolve Customer Issues In A Timely And Professional Manner.

  • Attention To Detail And Accuracy: Attention To Detail And Accuracy Are Critical For A Pharmacy Tech Support Call Center Representative. Candidates Should Be Able To Efficiently And Accurately Process Prescription Orders, Verify Insurance Information, And Troubleshoot Technical Issues To Ensure A High Level Of Customer Satisfaction.
