Job Description

IQVIA is looking for a passionate, motivated, and experienced Pharmacy Tech Support Call Center Representative to join our growing team. As a representative, you will be responsible for providing quality customer service to our clients, following up on customer inquiries, and ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their service. The ideal candidate for this position must have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and be familiar with the pharmacy industry.
