Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships with pharmaceutical clients
  • Stay current on industry trends and regulations
  • Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide best-in-class customer service and support
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to customers on current and new products
  • Utilize strong organizational and detail-oriented skills to effectively manage customer accounts
  • Utilize established sales techniques to generate leads and drive sales
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Monitor customer feedback to ensure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with sales team to develop and implement innovative solutions to customer challenges
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer accounts
