  10. Respond to patient inquiries and concerns regarding their medical claims in a timely and professional manner.
  11. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all claims processed.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline the claims processing system.
  13. Work independently in a home-based setting while meeting productivity and quality standards.
  14. Attend training and development sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures.
  15. Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent customer service and support to patients.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge Of Medical Billing And Claims Processing: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Medical Billing Procedures And Claims Processing, Including Cpt And Icd-10 Coding, Insurance Regulations, And Reimbursement Processes.

  • Experience With Medical Software: Proficiency In Using Medical Billing Software, Such As Epic, Medisoft, Or Kareo, Is Essential For This Role. Candidates Should Be Comfortable Navigating Electronic Health Records And Other Related Systems.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Patient Support Representatives Are The Primary Point Of Contact For Patients, Insurance Companies, And Healthcare Providers. Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills Are Necessary To Effectively Communicate With All Parties Involved In The Billing And Claims Process.

  • Attention To Detail: The Candidate Should Have A Keen Eye For Detail To Ensure Accurate And Timely Processing Of Claims. Any Errors Or Omissions In Coding Or Billing Information Can Result In Claim Denials And Delays In Reimbursement.
