The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of medical billing processes and be committed to providing exceptional customer service.The Patient Support Medical Biller will be responsible for processing patient insurance claims, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments, and providing support to patients regarding their billing inquiries. Additionally, the successful candidate will have the ability to analyze and resolve complex billing issues.To be considered for this role, candidates must have at least 2 years of medical billing experience, an in-depth knowledge of medical terminology and insurance regulations, and excellent customer service and communication skills.
