In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to our patient recruitment activities. We are seeking someone with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, and a keen attention to detail. At IQVIA, we rely on our Patient Recruitment Specialists to identify, recruit, and assess potential clinical study participants. We require that you have a Bachelor's degree in a health-related field, as well as a minimum of two years of relevant experience in the clinical research industry. Responsibilities:
- Identify and recruit potential clinical study participants.
- Provide support to patient recruitment activities.
- Evaluate potential participants for eligibility and suitability.
- Use excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster relationships with potential participants.
- Develop and maintain relationships with industry contacts.
- Utilize strong organizational and problem-solving skills to ensure projects are completed on-time and within budget.
- Pay close attention to detail in all aspects of the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.
- Communicate any changes or updates to the team and other relevant stakeholders.
- Follow all applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment activities.
