IQVIA is seeking a highly skilled Oncology Data Analytics Analyst with expertise in SQL and Python to join our team.   1. Conduct data analysis using SQL and Python to support oncology research and drug development.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and understand data needs and requirements.
  3. Develop and maintain data models and databases for oncology research.
  4. Design and implement data visualization tools and dashboards to communicate key insights.
  5. Perform quality assurance and data validation to ensure accuracy and reliability of data.
  6. Utilize statistical techniques to analyze complex data sets.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data analytics and technology.
  8. Present findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
  9. Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  10. Maintain strict adherence to data privacy and security protocols.
  11. Collaborate with external partners to collect and integrate data from various sources.
  12. Participate in the development of new analytical tools and methodologies.
  13. Train and mentor junior team members.
  14. Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert on oncology data analytics and provide guidance to the team and other departments.

Job Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Advanced Analytical Skills And Be Able To Effectively Identify And Solve Complex Data-Related Problems In The Oncology Domain.

  • Proficiency In Sql And Python: Extensive Experience Working With Sql And Python Is A Must For This Role, As The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Data Extraction, Manipulation, And Analysis Using These Programming Languages.

  • Knowledge Of Oncology Data And Healthcare Industry: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Oncology Domain And The Healthcare Industry, Including Knowledge Of Key Data Sources, Terminology, And Regulations.

  • Experience With Data Visualization And Reporting Tools: Familiarity With Data Visualization And Reporting Tools Such As Tableau, Power Bi, And Qlikview Is Highly Desirable, As The Candidate Will Be Expected To Present Insights And Findings To Stakeholders In A Visually Appealing And Easy-To-Understand Manner.

  • Strong Communication And Teamwork Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Communication Skills And Be Able To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Data Scientists, Clinicians, And Business Stakeholders, To Deliver High-Quality Analytics Solutions.
