Job Description

In this role, you will play a critical role in the development and execution of clinical trials, contributing to the advancement of new treatments and therapies for patients.   1. Conduct patient screenings and assessments to determine eligibility for clinical trials.
  2. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans for patients enrolled in clinical trials.
  3. Monitor patient progress and collect data throughout the duration of the clinical trial.
  4. Administer study medications and perform other medical procedures as outlined in the study protocol.
  5. Educate patients and their families about the purpose and expectations of the clinical trial.
  6. Ensure all documentation and data collection is accurate and in compliance with regulatory standards.
  7. Act as a liaison between patients, healthcare providers, and study sponsors.
  8. Attend regular team meetings and provide updates on patient progress and any issues that may arise during the trial.
  9. Maintain a thorough understanding of the study protocol and ensure all procedures are being followed accordingly.
  10. Adhere to strict ethical and safety standards in all aspects of the clinical trial.
  11. Continuously develop and enhance knowledge of clinical research and new treatments in order to provide the best care for patients.
  12. Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing support and addressing any questions or concerns.
  13. Collaborate with other members of the research team to ensure the successful execution of the clinical trial.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
  15. Maintain confidentiality of all patient information and study data.
  16. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance job skills and knowledge.
  17. Represent IQVIA in a professional manner at all times, promoting our commitment to advancing healthcare through clinical research.
  18. Serve as a role model for other team members, demonstrating a strong work ethic, compassion, and dedication to patient care.
  19. Contribute to the improvement of processes and procedures within the clinical trial department.
  20. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In Nursing With A Specialization In Clinical Trials Or A Related Field.

  • Current Licensure As A Nurse Practitioner In The State Of Employment.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience As A Nurse Practitioner In A Clinical Trial Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Fda Regulations And Good Clinical Practice (Gcp) Guidelines.

  • Excellent Communication, Organizational, And Critical Thinking Skills.
