  1. Conduct clinical assessments and provide medical care to patients participating in clinical trials.
  2. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to design and implement clinical trial protocols.
  3. Monitor and evaluate patient responses to treatments and make necessary adjustments to ensure their safety and well-being.
  4. Adhere to all ethical and regulatory standards for conducting clinical trials.
  5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient data and trial procedures.
  6. Educate patients and their families on the purpose and procedures of the clinical trial.
  7. Assist in the recruitment and screening of eligible patients for clinical trials.
  8. Participate in meetings with sponsors, investigators, and other members of the clinical trial team.
  9. Continuously update knowledge on current practices and procedures in clinical research.
  10. Act as a liaison between the clinical trial team and patients, providing support and answering any questions or concerns.
  11. Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and procedures.
  12. Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure proper follow-up care for patients after the completion of a clinical trial.
  13. Contribute to the development of new clinical research protocols.
  14. Maintain confidentiality of all patient information and trial data.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Nursing, Such As A Master Of Science In Nursing (Msn) Or Doctor Of Nursing Practice (Dnp).

  • Current Certification As A Nurse Practitioner (Np) From A Recognized Governing Body, Such As The American Nurses Credentialing Center (Ancc) Or The American Academy Of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board (Aanpcb).

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience Working As A Nurse Practitioner In A Clinical Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Clinical Trial Processes And Regulations, Including Good Clinical Practice (Gcp) Guidelines.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Other Healthcare Professionals, Study Sponsors, And Research Participants.
