We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Neuromuscular Key Account Manager to join our team and drive growth in our neuromuscular portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the neuromuscular space, developing strategic account plans, and driving sales and market share. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical sales and account management, along with a deep understanding of the neuromuscular market.   1. Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive growth in the neuromuscular portfolio.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the neuromuscular space, including physicians, pharmacists, and healthcare organizations.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and stay informed about changes and trends in the neuromuscular market.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, medical affairs, and market access, to ensure alignment and execution of strategies.
  5. Meet and exceed sales targets and market share goals for the neuromuscular portfolio.
  6. Maintain a high level of knowledge and expertise in the neuromuscular market, as well as the competitive landscape.
  7. Provide timely and accurate reporting and forecasting of sales and market trends.
  8. Represent IQVIA and the neuromuscular portfolio at industry conferences, events, and meetings.
  9. Train and educate internal team members on the neuromuscular market and portfolio.
  10. Continuously identify and pursue opportunities for business development and expansion within the neuromuscular space.
  11. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
  12. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the team and across departments.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Neuroscience, Biology, Or Pharmacology.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Sales, With A Focus On Neuromuscular Products.

  • Demonstrated Success In Key Account Management, Including Developing And Implementing Strategic Plans To Drive Sales And Market Share.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Neuromuscular Market Landscape, Including Knowledge Of Key Stakeholders, Competitors, And Emerging Trends.

  • Excellent Communication And Relationship-Building Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Complex Scientific Information To A Variety Of Audiences.
