  1. Monitor and maintain the health of the network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.
  2. Identify and troubleshoot network issues, working quickly and efficiently to resolve them and minimize downtime.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and coordination during network outages or maintenance.
  4. Utilize network monitoring tools to proactively identify and address potential network issues before they impact clients.
  5. Create and maintain documentation related to network operations, including network diagrams, standard operating procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
  6. Monitor network performance and make recommendations for optimization and improvement.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in network operations to ensure the company remains at the forefront of technology.
  8. Communicate effectively with clients, providing timely and accurate updates on network incidents and resolution.
  9. Participate in on-call rotation and respond to network emergencies outside of regular business hours.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and building strong relationships.
  11. Collaborate with other members of the NOC team to identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies.
  12. Maintain a high level of security and confidentiality in handling sensitive data and information.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to information security and data privacy.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to expand knowledge and skills through training and professional development opportunities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Network Operations Or Technical Support Role

  • Proficiency In Network Monitoring Tools Such As Solarwinds Or Nagios

  • Knowledge Of Network Protocols And Technologies Such As Tcp/Ip, Dns, Dhcp, Vpn, And Vlans

  • Strong Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced, High-Pressure Environment
