- Accurately and efficiently process medical billing for our clients in the healthcare industry.
- Respond to incoming calls and emails from healthcare providers, insurance companies, and patients regarding billing inquiries.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Educate clients on billing processes and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of billing transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements.
- Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and company policies.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
- Meet performance metrics and goals set by the company.
- Continuously develop and maintain knowledge of healthcare industry and billing practices.

Knowledge Of Medical Billing And Coding: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Medical Billing And Coding Procedures, Including Insurance Claims, Payment Processing, And Reimbursement Protocols.
Experience In Call Center Operations: Prior Experience Working In A Call Center Environment Is Essential For This Role. The Candidate Should Be Comfortable Handling High Call Volumes, Managing Customer Inquiries, And Providing Excellent Customer Service.
Familiarity With Medical Terminology And Electronic Health Records: A Strong Understanding Of Medical Terminology Is Necessary To Accurately Process And Code Medical Claims. Experience Working With Electronic Health Records (Ehr) Is Also Preferred.
Attention To Detail And Accuracy: Medical Billing Requires A High Level Of Accuracy To Ensure Claims Are Processed Correctly And Payments Are Received In A Timely Manner. The Candidate Should Possess Strong Attention To Detail And Be Able To Work With A High Degree Of Accuracy.
Ability To Work Remotely: As This Is A Home-Based Position, The Candidate Should Have The Necessary Equipment And Technical Skills To Work Remotely, Including A Reliable Internet Connection, Computer, And Phone. They Should Also Be Able To Work Independently And Manage Their Time Effectively.
