7. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

9. Train and mentor junior MDM team members.
10. Manage and prioritize multiple MDM projects simultaneously.

12. Perform data mapping, modeling, and mapping exercises.
13. Develop and maintain MDM documentation, including data dictionaries and data flow diagrams.

15. Continuously monitor and improve MDM processes and systems.
16. Work with business users to understand their data requirements and provide solutions.
17. Proactively identify and recommend ways to improve data management processes.
18. Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
19. Participate in data governance meetings and contribute to data governance initiatives.
20. Represent the MDM team in company-wide meetings and presentations.
