  1. Oversee and manage all aspects of the data management process for clinical trials.
  2. Develop and implement data management strategies and procedures to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of data.
  3. Lead a team of data management professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality and efficient data management.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement data standards and processes.
  5. Conduct regular quality checks and audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  6. Identify and analyze data trends to improve data management processes and drive efficiency.
  7. Manage and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring timely completion and delivery of high-quality data.
  8. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing updates on data management processes and addressing any issues or concerns.
  9. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in data management technologies and processes.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance on data management best practices to project teams.
  11. Maintain documentation and records related to data management processes and activities.
  12. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the data management team.
  13. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations related to data management.
  14. Participate in the recruitment and training of new team members.
  15. Represent IQVIA at conferences, seminars, and other industry events as a thought leader in clinical data management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Life Sciences, Computer Science, Or Mathematics.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Clinical Data Management, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Company.

  • Proficiency In Data Management Software Such As Oracle Inform, Medidata Rave, Or Sas.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead A Team And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

  • Knowledge Of Applicable Regulations And Guidelines Related To Clinical Data Management, Such As Ich-Gcp And Cdisc Standards.
