- Oversee and manage all aspects of the data management process for clinical trials.
- Develop and implement data management strategies and procedures to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of data.
- Lead a team of data management professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality and efficient data management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement data standards and processes.
- Conduct regular quality checks and audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Identify and analyze data trends to improve data management processes and drive efficiency.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring timely completion and delivery of high-quality data.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing updates on data management processes and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in data management technologies and processes.
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance on data management best practices to project teams.
- Maintain documentation and records related to data management processes and activities.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the data management team.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations related to data management.
- Participate in the recruitment and training of new team members.
- Represent IQVIA at conferences, seminars, and other industry events as a thought leader in clinical data management.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Life Sciences, Computer Science, Or Mathematics.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Clinical Data Management, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Company.
Proficiency In Data Management Software Such As Oracle Inform, Medidata Rave, Or Sas.
Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead A Team And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Knowledge Of Applicable Regulations And Guidelines Related To Clinical Data Management, Such As Ich-Gcp And Cdisc Standards.
