- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in the field of biosimilars
- Drive growth and expansion of our business in the biosimilars market, working closely with top pharmaceutical companies
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service
- Utilize your deep knowledge and understanding of the biosimilars industry to develop strategic account plans and identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective implementation and delivery of solutions and services to clients
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform business strategies and decisions
- Proactively identify and address potential issues or challenges with key clients, working to find solutions and maintain strong partnerships
- Track and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular updates and reports to leadership
- Represent IQVIA at industry events and conferences, building our presence and network in the biosimilars market
- Mentor and coach junior team members, sharing your expertise and knowledge to support their growth and development.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Life Sciences, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Pharmaceutical Sales, With A Focus On Biosimilars.
Demonstrated Success In Key Account Management, Preferably In The North German Market.
Strong Understanding Of The Biosimilar Landscape And Market Dynamics In Germany, Including Regulatory Requirements And Reimbursement Processes.
