  1. Build and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue from key accounts.
  3. Act as the primary point of contact for key clients and address any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and products to key clients.
  5. Conduct regular business reviews with key clients to identify opportunities for improvement and address any concerns.
  6. Develop a deep understanding of the clients' business needs and industry trends to provide strategic recommendations and solutions.
  7. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing key accounts.
  8. Negotiate contracts and pricing with key clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  9. Track and report on key account metrics, including revenue, client satisfaction, and retention.
  10. Stay updated on competitor activity and industry trends to inform key account strategies.
  11. Serve as a brand ambassador for the company and maintain a positive and professional image when representing the company to key clients.
  12. Mentor and support junior account managers to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service to all key clients.
  13. Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall key account management function.
  14. Keep up-to-date with product and service offerings to effectively communicate and cross-sell to key clients.
  15. Attend industry events and conferences to network and build new relationships with potential key clients.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Sales Experience: Key Account Managers At Iqvia Must Have A Proven Track Record Of Success In Sales, With A Focus On Building And Maintaining Relationships With Key Accounts. This Includes Experience In Account Management, Business Development, And Meeting Sales Targets.
