Job Description

IQVIA is seeking a motivated Jr. Field Sales Executive to join our team and represent our OTC products to pharmacies in the Hainaut and Namur regions. As a key member of our sales team, you will have the opportunity to utilize your strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and drive sales success.   1. Develop and implement sales strategies to effectively promote and sell IQVIA’s OTC products to pharmacies in the Hainaut and Namur regions.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients, including pharmacists and other key decision makers.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential sales opportunities and develop targeted sales plans.
  4. Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively communicating the features and benefits of IQVIA’s products to potential clients.
  5. Utilize strong negotiation skills to secure contracts and increase sales of IQVIA’s products.
  6. Continuously monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure effective product positioning and messaging.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including client interactions, sales calls, and sales reports.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Stay informed about industry developments and changes in regulations related to the pharmaceutical industry to effectively represent IQVIA’s products and services.
  11. Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and conferences to enhance sales skills and knowledge of IQVIA’s products and services.
  12. Represent IQVIA in a professional and ethical manner at all times and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  13. Act as a brand ambassador for IQVIA and contribute to the overall success and growth of the company.
  14. Travel to various locations within the designated regions to meet with clients and attend industry events as needed.
  15. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the sales team and the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Pharmaceutical Sales, Preferably In The Otc Market.

  • Strong Knowledge Of The Hainaut And Namur Regions, Including Key Pharmacies And Competitors.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Pharmacy Clients.

  • Highly Motivated And Results-Driven, With A Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.

Compensation

According to JobzMall, the average salary range for a Jr. Field Sales Executive Pharmacies, OTC – Hainaut, Namur is between €35,000 and €45,000 per year.
