
Inventory Control Associate
IQVIA is seeking an experienced Inventory Control Associate to join our growing team. We are looking for an individual who has strong organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to think critically and make decisions in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.The Inventory Control Associate will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining inventory levels, ensuring that all inventory is accounted for and accurately documented. This position requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy while working in a high-pressure environment.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in inventory control or related field, as well as a strong understanding of quality assurance and inventory management systems. A college degree in inventory management, business administration, or a related field is preferred. Knowledge of MS Office and inventory tracking software is essential. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is also essential.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure accuracy and accountability.
- Utilize inventory tracking software to manage and document inventory.
- Produce inventory reports and make recommendations for adjustments based on current inventory levels.
- Maintain a high degree of accuracy while working in a high-pressure environment.
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors in inventory records.
- Generate and analyze inventory data to identify trends and areas of improvement.
- Create and implement systems to improve inventory control processes.
- Coordinate with other departments regarding inventory needs and orders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory control.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices related to inventory control.
