Hospital Account Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Provide administrative and customer service support for the Hospital and Ambulatory Care team.
2. Maintain customer service standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Prioritize tasks and multi-task in order to meet deadlines.
4. Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all customer-facing activities.
5. Provide timely responses to customer inquiries and requests.
6. Develop and maintain relationships with customers and other departments.
7. Support team members in achieving objectives.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.
