Healthcare IT Field Technician

IQVIA is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Healthcare IT Field Technician to join our team. We are seeking an individual with excellent customer service skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to effectively troubleshoot and support our customers. The ideal candidate should have a passion for helping people and a strong understanding of healthcare information technology. The Healthcare IT Field Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting our IT systems, as well as providing technical support to our customers. The successful candidate will need to be able to work with minimal supervision and be highly organized and efficient in their work.The successful candidate should have a minimum of two years of experience working in a healthcare IT environment and a valid driver's license. Experience with Windows, Linux, and/or Mac operating systems, as well as networking technologies, is required. An A+ certification or equivalent is preferred. The candidate should also be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have a strong customer service attitude.

Responsibilities:
