Job Description

IQVIA is looking for a Healthcare IT Field Technician to join our team and help provide exceptional IT support to our clients. If you’re a detail-oriented professional with a passion for technology and healthcare, we’d love to hear from you.To be successful in this role, you’ll need an aptitude for troubleshooting and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. As a Healthcare IT Field Technician at IQVIA, you’ll be responsible for installing, configuring and maintaining computer equipment, including hardware, software, and peripherals. You’ll also be expected to respond to user inquiries and investigate and resolve technical issues.The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role, as well as a bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field. Knowledge of healthcare IT systems is essential, and experience working in a healthcare setting is a plus. Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, hardware, software, and peripherals
