As the go-to IT professional for our healthcare clients, you will be responsible for providing technical support, resolving network issues, and troubleshooting hardware/software failures. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about providing excellent customer service and have the technical expertise to keep our clients running smoothly.The ideal candidate should have an Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, with at least two years of experience in the healthcare IT field. You should also have strong problem-solving skills and a familiarity with Windows and Linux-based operating systems.
