
Field Service Technician
IQVIA is looking for a motivated and experienced Field Service Technician to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and repairing our medical equipment and systems within our assigned territory. We are looking for a customer-focused individual with a technical background who is able to think and act quickly in a fast-paced environment.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of two years’ experience in a similar field service role, along with a firm understanding of medical equipment and systems, including installation, repair and troubleshooting. You must also have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as a valid driver’s license and the ability to travel within the assigned territory. Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair medical equipment and systems within the assigned territory.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
- Quickly and effectively troubleshoot and repair technical issues.
- Install, maintain, and configure medical equipment and systems.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
- Ensure all tasks are completed in accordance with company standards.
- Provide timely reports and updates on assigned tasks.
- Communicate effectively with customers and other team members.
- Keep up to date with the latest technology and trends in medical equipment and systems.
- Maintain a valid driver’s license and travel within the assigned territory.
