  1. Perform regular maintenance and repairs on advanced equipment and technologies at client sites.
  2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely and effective solutions to ensure minimal downtime for clients.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements for equipment maintenance and repair.
  4. Keep detailed records of equipment maintenance and repairs, including documentation of issues and solutions.
  5. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  6. Train clients on the proper use and maintenance of equipment and technologies.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and new technologies to ensure expertise in equipment maintenance and repair.
  8. Comply with all safety regulations and protocols while performing maintenance and repairs.
  9. Travel to client sites as needed to provide on-site support.
  10. Maintain inventory of spare parts and coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery.
  11. Assist with the installation and setup of new equipment at client sites.
  12. Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential new business opportunities.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
