  1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients and patients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  2. Assist in the implementation and maintenance of pharmacy processes and procedures.
  3. Conduct on-site visits to pharmacies to troubleshoot and resolve any issues.
  4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and pharmacy visits.
  5. Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement strategies for improving patient outcomes.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in pharmaceutical regulations.
  7. Utilize strong communication skills to effectively communicate with clients, patients, and team members.
  8. Conduct training sessions for pharmacy staff on new processes and procedures.
  9. Identify opportunities for process improvements and make recommendations for implementation.
  10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
  11. Represent the company and its mission in a positive and professional manner.
  12. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations during pharmacy visits.
  13. Maintain confidentiality of all patient and client information.
  14. Travel to various locations as needed for job duties.

Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Educational Requirement For A Field Service Pharmacy Technician At Iqvia Is A High School Diploma Or Equivalent. This Ensures That The Candidate Has A Basic Understanding Of General Education And Can Handle The Technical Aspects Of The Job.

  • Certified Pharmacy Technician (Cpht): Iqvia Prefers Candidates Who Are Certified Pharmacy Technicians. This Certification Ensures That The Candidate Has The Necessary Knowledge And Skills To Perform The Duties Of A Pharmacy Technician In A Field Service Role.

  • Previous Experience In A Pharmacy Setting: Prior Experience Working In A Pharmacy Is Highly Desirable For A Field Service Pharmacy Technician At Iqvia. This Experience Helps The Candidate To Understand The Processes And Procedures Involved In Dispensing Medications And Managing Inventory.

  • Strong Communication And Customer Service Skills: As A Field Service Pharmacy Technician, The Candidate Will Be Interacting With Healthcare Professionals And Patients On A Daily Basis. Therefore, Strong Communication And Customer Service Skills Are Essential For This Role.
