  1. Provide technical support and maintenance for IQVIA's healthcare technology solutions.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Conduct on-site visits to diagnose and repair equipment.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and timely delivery of services.
  5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of service calls, repairs, and replacements.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  7. Stay updated on the latest advancements and updates in healthcare technology to continuously improve service delivery.
  8. Comply with company policies, procedures, and safety standards while performing duties.
  9. Train clients on the proper use and maintenance of equipment to maximize efficiency.
  10. Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance service delivery.
  11. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the availability of necessary parts and equipment for repairs.
  12. Adhere to service schedules and prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines.
  13. Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide updates on service requests and escalate issues when necessary.
  14. Travel to different locations as required to provide on-site support and service.
  15. Uphold the company's values and promote a positive image in all interactions with clients.

Job Qualifications
